Exhausted
We've been going full steam for over a week now... and it looks like we have at least 2 more days of it to go! I'm exhausted. Brad's family has been here for a wedding/family time and staying with us - which has been fun. We drove to Spencer, IA and back after a quick visit with more family. Ava got to visit with her 5 month old cousin and one of her new favorite things to say is "baby, baby, baby" all the time. :) It's cute. On top of family time we are also smack dab in the middle of VBS at our church! So, from 5:30-8:30 every night we are at church. I'm teaching the 2's and 3's.... enough said. I'm drained. Thankfully, it's a fun, wonderful drained feeling!

Sounds like you've been super busy...and I know how exhausting vbs can be too...praying for you this week!
Phew! Teaching the 2's and 3's? You must be a very good pastor's wife! :)
Glad you got to experience Spencer, Iowa! It was the "big city" next to my little town when I was growing up! Gives a little insight why I love living 4 blocks from the mall! :)
What a sweet photo. I can sooo empathize with the exhaustion right now. I hope you find rest and relaxation soon, and until then the grace to carry on.
